Jeff Scott has achieved talent acquisition successes for several major U.S. corporations, including U.S. Steel, Total Safety, Clean Harbors / HPC Industrial, and Southern Home Services.
He has successfully hired, trained and lead teams of in-house recruiters to achieve company records for talent acquisition, exceeding goals while reducing expenses.
Jeff has researched and tested a myriad of technical products and services in the process of identifying and deploying the most highly effective tools for increasing talent acquisition performance. Never satisfied with the status quo, he continues to explore new technologies and services as they become available.
